A Systematic Literature Review on Decision-Making Processes among Air Traffic Controllers (ATCOs) in Managing the Arrival of the Aircrafts during Conflict Resolution

The number of flights has started to increase as economy recover slowly in which it greatly affected due the pandemic COVID-19. To ensure safety and efficiency aviation industry, Air Traffic Controllers (ATCOs) hold great responsibilities ensuring minimum separation between aircrafts. Therefore, researcher conducts a systematic literature review previous related studies on decision-making among ATCOs from year 2000 2022. main aim this paper is present analysis findings based formulated questions. 22 articles have been reviewed analyzed discussed were being displayed tables discussion section. Findings indicated that crucial for aircrafts while making quick decision at same time make sure aspect industry.
